Welcome to the TKLLM platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). The Platform is operated by Hong Kong Chongde Industrial Limited.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (an individual or entity) and Hong Kong Chongde Industrial Limited, governing your access to and use of the Platform and all related services, features, and content.

2. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. All modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform.

2.1 Notification Obligation

For significant changes, we will notify users through platform notifications, email, or other reasonable means. However, it is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any changes.

2.2 Effect of Continued Use

Continued use of the Platform after modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not accept the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

Using TKLLM's training features requires account registration. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Promptly update your information to maintain its accuracy and completeness
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Keep your password confidential
• Not share account access with others
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms
• Not engage in any illegal activities or activities that infringe on the rights of others
• Not interfere with or disrupt the security or normal operation of the Platform
• Only upload data for model training for which you have legal rights

4.1 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Platform to spread malware or engage in hacking activities
• Upload or train models containing illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Engage in any behavior that may harm the Platform or other users

5. Intellectual Property

The TKLLM Platform and all its content, features, and functionality are the property of Hong Kong Chongde Industrial Limited or its licensors, protected by Hong Kong and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of the data uploaded to the Platform for training. However, you grant us the necessary license to process this data to provide the Platform's services.

5.2 Trained Models

Ownership of models trained using the TKLLM Platform belongs to the trainer, subject to these Terms of Service.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use the Platform.

6.1 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information and training data, but we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

7. Disclaimer

The TKLLM Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of accuracy or fitness for purpose of model training results
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
• Warranties that trained models do not infringe on rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Hong Kong Chongde Industrial Limited and its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform or any content.

8.1 Cap on Direct Damages

For any direct damages, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim giving rise to the liability (if any).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your right to access the TKLLM Platform at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

9.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
